I purchased two Bunker Hill DVR's, 4 cameras for my front, & 4 for backyard..just wish they made a single 8 or 12 channel DVR. The already included 60 ft cables provide with each camera is long enough to extend through my front & backyard double glass energy efficient windows, I used a small hacksaw blade to notch out a tooth size opening so that I could route each camera power cord and video cord in notch 1/2' opening at top my windows plastic slashing to avoid crimping of the 60 foot cables, then easily route them through drop ceiling or along floor board to back of DVR.. Once all 4 camera wire's are positioned the rear DVR setup took less then 5 minutes, plugged in rear power AC cord and she was ready to start recording.. Only thing left to do was to adjust cameras outside if needed and veiw on my 60' flat screen.Bunker Hill or Amazon sells an additional 60-100 foot BNC/RCA cable that can attach to the included 60 foot cables if extra footage is desired.. I found that Bunker Hill they offer 2 different cameras within box that are weather proof, but sometimes gets a little moisture or fog on the inside lens obscuring video recording .. I simply rubbed a light silicone clear gel along every seam, screw, and where wire enters into camera with my index finger..and a little around its pivot arm to keep it positioned..3 1/2 years later ZERO fog or moisture..oh yeah the box comes with 2 small but sturdy colored cameras 3.5 mm & 6.0 mm wide angle which I highly prefer over the 3.5mm.. The 3.5 is very good, its just that the 6.0mm offers more coverage..you can buy the 100 ft extra cable from Bunker Hill or AMAZON, for around $13 ..Bunker Hill has extra cameras for around $15 each, good price!! Contact Harbor Freight or go online to bunkerhill.com to get direct phone number.. FYI a company called X10 Camera has a PAN&TILT NINJA BASE motorized unit that I've purchased ($40) and attached my Bunker Hill cameras with screws, nuts, and washers and now I can remotely follow the action by either continuous sweep, manually scan, or leave it in it's fixed position..LOVE both products.. Haven't gotten internet setup yet because I need IP ADDRESS, software downloaded, and technician who knows how to set that part up..but I still can record any events off my monitoring screen to my Android phone..scrupulous people trespassing, loitering, stealing packages, urinating, ect..The camera doesn't LIE . LOVE IT. !! got mine from Harbor Freight tax and all $286. paid its self off in 1st three months of using, next door neighbor doesn't backup into my car anymore because camera doesn't LIE.. SUPER SHARP PICTURE.. OPTIONAL AMAZON:: has a 940 NANO METER that is 'invisible' to naked eye but highly visible to cameras. Will illuminate area anywhere from 50feet up to 300feet . like Day Light to the cameras, only PROWLERS think they're in pitch darkness .!! BUSTED.. They also have a 840 Nano Meter the only difference is its LEDs admit a warm reddish soft glow at night that is slightly visible to the naked eye..I have both with 200 foot range..
